Catatan menjelang Syawal

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..
Salam 28 Ramadhan 1433H

Malam tadi rasa lain sangat.. dan pagi ni pun rasa hari sangat tenang.. apakah tandanya itu..
InsyaAllah.. keberkatan Jumaat di bulan Ramadhan juga..

Di kesempatan ini, sempena cuti panjang yg tak mungkin ada ruang untuk aku update apa2 di blog ini, aku nak menyusun sepuluh jari.. mohon ampun dan maaf dari hujung rambut ke hujung kaki.. atas segala kesilapan diri aku ini.. dari dulu hingga kini.. mana yang tak molek, mana yang buruk, mana yang busuk, semua kekurangan tu haraplah dimaafi.. dan tahun ni jugak aku ampunkan segala salah silap kawan-kawan dan semua kenalan tak kira sahabat, saudara, rakan dan taulan.. moga korang semua dapatlah jugak ampunkan segala kesalahan yg pernah aku lakukan.

Diharap kedatangan Syawal kalini kita buka cerita lama.. cukuplah dengan cerita lama.. buang yang buruk-buruk..kita sambut yang lawa, cantik, comel & yg indah-indah saja untuk cerita baru kita semua..

Mood Ramadhan tentunya masih lagi. Semakin menghampiri hujung Ramadhan ini kesabaran makin bertambah-bertambah diuji lagi. Astaghfirullah.. kalaulah ini bukan bulan Ramadhan taktahu la apa jadi? Nampak tak hikmah yang Allah beri? Dugaan seperti ini hanya diberikan kerana kita mampu hadapinya.. kalaupun secara zahirnya sebenarnya kita tak mampu tapi diubah pula masa kesabaran kita diuji.. ditukar ke bulan yang mulia ini sebab Allah tahu.. kita mampu hadapi.. di bulan yang mulia ini.

Harap bersabarlah duhai hati. Langit cerah akan kembali menyinari.. amin.. InsyaAllah.

Pengakhiran Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum wbh.

Salam 22 Ramadhan 1433H.

Pengalaman sepanjang 21 hari Ramadhan tahun ini sangat-sangat mengujakan.  Nampak banyak juga perbezaan dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun terkemudian. Badan rasa lebih ringan, lebih bertenaga, lebih kekuatan. Itulah kelebihan menjaga kesihatan, menjaga penampilan terutama persiapan dari aspek fizikal yang kadang-kadang tidakpun diberikan keutamaan.

Orang menganggap yang penting cuma dalaman tetapi bila dalaman berat, luaran pun berat manakan seimbang dengan perbuatan. Kesihatan perlu diutamakan dalam membuat apa jua persiapan, lebih-lebih lagi untuk meningkatkan amalan melalui perbuatan.

InsyaAllah, dengan pengalaman sebegini akan mencorak bentuk persiapan yang akan mematangkan diri sendiri dan rakan-rakan. Jiwa yang tenang tak mungkin dapat dicapai jika kesihatan fizikal tidak dijaga dan dipertimbangkan.

Semoga kita terus jaga kesihatan, sama-sama tingkatkan amalan menjelang pengakhiran Ramadhan ini dan diteruskan ke masa hadapan.. InsyaAllah.. amin.

6 hari lagi.. menjelang Ramadhan ini.. Ya Allah.. kau berikan aku kesempatan untuk merasai nikmat Ramadhan sekali lagi.. untuk tahun ini.. dan seberapa banyak kali lagi yang mana hanya padaMu Ya Allah aku menanti.. semoga kedatangan Ramadhan kali ini memberikanku beribu erti..

You play the best way you can against better teams an if it means shutting them down and playing a negative game then so be it, what would you rather them do roll over and let the better teams walk all over you? What a ridiculous opinion from VDS. Chelsea played to their strength. In order to win a game you have to play to your strengths and the opponents weaknesses, i.e. defending deep in numbers and punting long balls. I hope Chelsea go to the final, who wants the same team winning every year?? This group of players deserve to have won this competition at least once in the last 8 years. Today i just had a call from someone claiming to be from credit card service center. She introduce herself, confirm my name and ask some background check of my credit card usage. Sounds warm and friendly like most call center.


The next thing she says i am selected from hundreds to received a complimentary Discount Card that will enable me to get discount on stuff bought with my credit cards. And ...there is no additional membership fees i have to pay. Sounds too good to be true. She then confirmed the mailing address to send the discount card and wants to confirm the card number and expiry date.

Caller : Sir, we need to confirm your card credentials, you are using mastercard correct?
Me : Yes
Caller : Your card number starts with 5134 or 5200?
Me : It starts with 5134..
Caller : Do you mind telling me the whole number?
Me : Its 5134 XXX....
Caller : And this card expires on 2014 correct? What month is it?
Me : its November.
Caller : Oh, So you only had this card last year. Can you give your bank membership number for the card?
Me : I am sorry, Bank Membership number?
Caller : Yes, Can you remember it?
Me : I don't think so.
Caller : Its ok sir, the membership number is at the back of the card right after the space where you sign. There should be some numbers there.
Me : Hmm.. I cannot give that number. You will be able to use this card for online transaction.
Caller : (Silent for 2 seconds) But sir, we wont be able to confirm your card and will not be able to send you the discount card.
Me : Nah, Its ok, i don't need it. nice try though. (hang up).

So folks, this is one example where social engineering can be used to get information from you. Always remember that your credit card security number is not to be shared with anyone else since most online transaction only requires your card number, full name on card, expiry month/year and the security number. All those information they can easily get except for the security number. Some other banks like maybank uses TMOS password to verify the card on top of the security number. But TMOS is also limited to some merchants.

But my question is, how did they get my number and also most of the card information? They have my phone number, home address, full name on card... I think i should give my bank card center a call..
